Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.kidikado.com. By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  The www.kidikado.com website is operated by Kidikado - M. Payeur  N° SIREN 511 250 847 .

Ordering from us

You can order any of our products by ordering via our online checkout process. An overview detailing the products you have ordered as well as the specifications as to colour, size and personalisation will have to be accepted by the client. By clicking on the order button on our website, the client confirms the order, accepts the present terms and conditions and agrees to pay the total amount of the order that has beeen given to him during the order process.  

Product information

All articles that can be found on the website http://www.kidikado.com, are handmade, and made to order. The choice of materials, colours, applications and others can vary slightly according to the characteristics of the garment and the name of the baby. As all items are unique, no article will exactly be the same as shown in the pictures on www.kidikado.com

Availability

The order will be shipped within a delai that is specified for each product on the page containing the detailed product description. Should we be unable to deliver the item within the usual delai, kidikado will notify the client and offer him the possibility to either change the order or ask for a refund.

Delivery

The order will be delivered to the address that has been given by the client for delivery when placing the order. If any of the details the client has given in the delivery address are incorrect, kidikado will not be liable for any items which have not been received.  All orders are shipped using the French Postal service. Kidikado can not be held responsible for any damage or loss during transport.

Payment

Orders have to be paid for either by credit card or PayPal account using the PayPal module or by electronic bank transfer into the kidikado bank account. By placing an order, the client agrees to pay the total amount due.

Pricing

All prices are in Euro and do not include shipping costs. Kidikado does not charge VAT (according to article  L 123-1-1 of the French code de commerce). Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weigth and destination of the package and will be communicated to the client before asking him to confirm the order. Prices are liable to changes.

Returns and exchange

Given the fact that all articles ordered on the website www.kidikado.com are made to order, no order can be changed or cancelled once the order has been confirmed by the client. Unless for whatever reason, Kidikado will be unable to design the article that has been ordered, no orders will be refunded. Kidikado articles will not be exchanged nor refunded.

Liability 

Kidikado excludes all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to the client or a third party in connection with the use of any or our articles.

Force majeure

Kidikado can by no means be held responsible for not or partly delivering any order in case of force majeure.

Intellectual Property

The website www.kidikado.com is the intellectual property of Kidikado - M. Payeur. The architecture, content, illustrations, pictures, designs and any other element on the website, apart from the certificats, are the intellectual property of kidikado. No part of this website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or used in any other way, withour our prior written agreement.

Privacy

The (personal) data collected on www.kidikado.com are used only to allow Kidikado to fulfill and track the order. No data will be sold or given to third parties. In accordance with the French law "informatique et libertés n°78-1" dd 6 janvier 1978 , all data collected on www.kidikado.com are submitted to the declaration to the CNIL  (Number 1355018). Should you whish to modify or delete any of the data we hold about you, please send your written request to Kidikado - Chemin de la Nacelle - 95810 Vallangoujard - France

Gouverning law

These terms and conditions shall be gouverned by and instructed in accordance with French law . The present terms and conditions are applicable in the European Union.
