Shipping costs

We use the French postal service for shipping orders in France and abroad. For shipping to countries other than France, we use ordinary or registered mail delivery. Registered shipping (against signature) covers the risk of loss or damage during transport. The order will be insured for up to 150 € . Kidikado will not take the responsibility for any loss or damage during shipping. You'll find an overview of the current shipping rates in the tables below.    

If you whish to have the order delivered to a different address from your own, please specify that delivery address when  asked to do so during the order process.

Delivery against signature in 3 to 7 working days.

COLISSIMO FRANCE

Delivery without signature to any address in France within 2 working days. 

COLISSIMO RECOMMANDE FRANCE

Delivery against  signature to any address in France within 2 working days.

Exchange and Refund

All kidikado articles are made to order and will therefore not be exchanged or refunded. However, should there be a problem with one of our articles, please contact us within 48 hours after having received the package so we can work out a solution together.
