How to place an order on kidikado.com ?

 

Placing an order on kidikado.com is relatively easy.  Make sure you are logged in to the site before placing an order.

 

Step 1 :

Go to the WEBSHOP and click on the sort of article you'd like to order (dress, blanket, jacket, ...). At the bottom of the page with the detailed product description, you have to chose the colour and size. You also have to chose one of the personalisation option If you know the name of the baby, you'll write the name in the box after "baby's name'. Be careful to check the spelling !

Once you have made the right choices and, if available,  given the name of the baby, you add the article to your shopping cart by clicking on the order button.

 

The next screen will show you an overview of your order. Please check the information carefully as we'll design and manufacture the article based on this information. You can modify the quantity or delete the article from your cart. However, if you wish to change the size, color, personalisation option or name of the baby, you'll have to delete your order  and start from the beginning.

 

Step 2 :

Here you have to specify the delivery address. If you want the article to be delivered to an address that's different from the one you've entered when creating your profile on the site (called default address), you have to enter the details here. Please check the invoice and delivery address details carefully before confirming your order.

 

 

Step 3 :

This screen asks you to chose the delivery option. At the moment we ship all international orders by ordinary mail, either normal or registered delivery. Shipping costs will be added seperately and are based on the weigth of the package and it's destination.

 

Step 4 :

Here you'll have to chose how you whish to pay for your order. You can either pay by credit card or PayPal account via the PayPal module or transfer money to our bankaccount. If you decide to pay via PayPal, you'll be redirected to the PayPal site. After entering your creditcard or PayPal account details, you'll confirm your order and return to our website.

If you pay by bank tranfer, you will have to connect to your bank's site and transfer the amount to our bankaccount (bankdetails)

 

We'll send you an email with an overview of your order. Read the email carefully as this is your last chance to make any changes to your order.

 

Once we have received your payment, we'll start the design of the article you've ordered. We'll send you another email once your order has been shipped.
